The Pharmacy is seeking a per diem Medication Reconciliation Technician to join their team!

Summary: This position is per diem with variable hours.
The Medication Reconciliation Technician (MRT) role provides technical support in obtaining, verifying for accuracy, and recording initial medication histories from patients and/or designated family and/or caregivers upon admission.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a pharmacy technician preferred. CPhT preferred or eligible consistent with the current applicable state(s) Board of Pharmacy requirements.
  3. Experience: One year of experience as a pharmacy technician, medical assistant, or other healthcare related experience preferred.
