Americas Sales Operations Leader
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Americas Sales Operations Leader to oversee a geographically dispersed team. This role is pivotal in providing support to our Americas sales organization, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency across all locations and working heavily with the HQ organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary interface between regional sales leadership and centralized functions to ensure alignment to global process standards.
  • Manages regular forecasting process within region on key KPIs, including revenue achievement.
  • Partners with regional commercial sales leaders to drive pipeline and account plan hygiene, validating results, and reviewing in depth with the sales team.
  • In collaboration with Regional Business Leaders, manages sell-thru and sell-out activities to drive towards regional and company financial & share targets.
  • Primary point of contact for content preparation supporting the normal business rhythm cycle of internal Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Plan and execute roll-out and adoption of standardized sales processes, analytics, and dashboards across multiple lines of business, regions, and go-to-markets.
  • Identifies and evangelizes best practices across stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Drives change management when needed, ensuring that opportunities are realized and risks mitigated.
  • Ensure consistent and efficient processes across all remote locations to support sales operations.
  • Collaborate with Americas sales leadership to identify and address support needs and challenges.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of the sales support team.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting professional growth, development, and achievement.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within sales operations or a related field. Leads by example, setting high standards and aspirations across the team.
  • Ability to interface with a matrix organization with Regional Sales Leadership covering multiple Go-To-Markets and Customer Segments.
  • Strong understanding of Americas sales operations functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a small, remote team.
  • Strong problem-solving with the ability to structure and frame complex issues through collaboration and teamwork. Removes obstacles and overcomes challenges to allow the team to achieve goals.
  • Proficiency in sales support tools and software.
  • Ability to work effectively and with focus in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work multiple complex processes simultaneously.
  • Highly capable of coaching support staff.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization, including the ability to navigate complex reporting structures, collaborate across multiple departments, and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Ability to manage within SLAs, ensuring that all service level agreements are met and that the team operates efficiently and effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Disposition towards action and results orientation with a focus on measurable impact.
  • Direct and deep work experience in OEM or Distribution partners. Understands the intricacies of the value chain across the semiconductor industry.
  • Experience working with teams in remote environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales support technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics.
