Overview SUMMARY OF POSITION The Maintenance Mechanic Grade II possesses mechanical and electrical skills that allow them to install, maintain, troubleshoot, setup, and repair all manufacturing, distribution, and facility equipment. The Maintenance Mechanic Grade II will perform generally defined tasks with little or no direct supervision and attend to assigned duties in a self-directed manner. The Maintenance Mechanic Grade II interacts with all members of the Maintenance Department, Manufacturing Coaches, Team Leads, Machine Operators, Facilities Management, and Manufacturing Engineering and outside vendors/suppliers in the execution of his duties. WORK ENVIRONMENT This is a fast-paced work environment with consistent pressure to complete duties as outlined above which requires ability to manage multiple projects at a detailed level and provide support to many internal departments in a fast-changing environment.
