The Vice President of Product for Learner Navigation is a strategic leadership role focused on enhancing the market presence of a B2C challenger brand in a duopoly. The role drives growth through innovative product development, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, business model innovation, and improved customer experience and support strategies. This position requires a forward-thinking leader who can align product development with market trends, customer needs, and business growth objectives while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. The finalist will be hired at the salary and level commensurate with their qualifications. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary in the range of $190,000 to $235,000. ACT manages salaries within the range based on relevant factors including, skills, experience, and internal equity. The position is incentive eligible. Location: Remote A Day in the Life:
Develop and lead a compelling product portfolio vision and strategy for multiple B2C assessment, education, and career/college exploration products and services that aligns with the overall business goals and drives sustainable growth.
