IT Architect

Location: Remote, USA

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect to join our IT department. As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for supporting the designing and implementing of the overall IT architecture strategy for our organization. You will work closely with various IT and business stakeholders to ensure that our IT infrastructure aligns with our business goals and objectives.

The role is required to:



  • Develop and Maintain IT Architecture: Design and implement IT architecture frameworks and models that support our business strategies.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to understand and address their needs and ensure alignment with the enterprise architecture.
  • Technology Assessment: Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations on their adoption and integration into the existing IT environment.
  • Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce IT governance policies and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the enterprise architecture, including blueprints, roadmaps, and technical standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the stability and security of the IT infrastructure.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the IT architecture to improve efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in an architecture role within a large technology company.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman), cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure management.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex IT environments and develop strategic solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, or ITIL are highly desirable.



Minimum Salary: $161,920.00

Maximum Salary:$232,760.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $161,920.00 and $232,760.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
