SYSTEMS MANAGER

Job Title:SYSTEMS MANAGER

This position reports to the Senior Director of Facilities, MIS and the CMO, with in direct reporting to the Director of Quality Improvement CMO.

* Bachelor's Degree required.

* Proficient in multiple coding languages and SQL.

* Experience with building and maintaining physical and logical database models

* Experience working in environments using a development lifecycle methodology.

* Knowledge of Master & Meta data management tools and techniques

* Knowledge of HEDIS, MIPS, HIPAA and other Health Care Regulations and Quality Improvement Programs

* Knowledge and Experience in leading Health Care Quality Improvement Initiatives and Programs

* Knowledge and Experience in CMS and NYS Quality Reporting programs

* Master's degree in public health, health administration or equivalent degree
