Regional Service Manager - Cassling
Successful candidates must reside in the Lincoln, NE, Grand Island, NE, or Kearney, NE areas.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all Service Department activities of the region.
  • Responsible for the completion of all forms and reports necessary for the administration of service and related personnel including: service reports, FDA compliance, expense reports and Field Modification Instructions for the region.
  • Responsible for personnel issues relating to service delivery including salaries, hiring, dismissal, employee development, time sheets, etc.
  • Develop marketing and strategic plans with Sales and Marketing manager.
  • Provide field technical support to service personnel and customers
  • Make and receive phone calls relating to direct service or to providing assistance to Cassling personnel and customers.
  • Schedule and dispense work assignments.
  • Provide quotations for equipment contracts and equipment moves as necessary.
  • Work with and provide to the sales department information for the service related portion of requests for proposals (RFP).
  • Arrange, coordinate and facilitate meetings for service personnel.
  • Participate in Corporate Strategic Planning activities as required.
  • Exhibit ethical, objective business relationships in which the best interests of Cassling and its customers are maintained. Any influences that would jeopardize this responsibility should be reviewed with supervisor.
  • Must be willing to provide the following information upon request: immunization records (including proof of full COVID-19 vaccination), drug screening, background check, training records.
  • Required to remain drug free and abide by the Drug Free Workplace policy.
  • Required to maintain satisfactory DMV (motor vehicle) record.
  • As an integral part of all Cassling business functions, interacts with employees, customers and vendors as part of a team to assist with and facilitate the delivery of quality service, and helps create a work environment conducive to solving problems.

What We're Looking for in a Candidate


  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required, minimum of 2 years technical/vocational school training.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in medical imagining service, troubleshooting, customer and vendor interaction. Prior management responsibilities strongly preferred or appropriate on-the-job training.
  • Able to routinely utilize independent judgment in performing job responsibilities.
  • Able to work with groups of people in order to reach consensual decisions.
  • Willing and able to travel and work long, sometimes unscheduled hours.
  • Willingness and able to work in an unstructured and minimally supervised environment.
  • Willingness to wear a pager or cell phone and work "on call"
  • Good interpersonal communications skills.
  • A team player, cooperative.
  • Able to operate office equipment including: computer, fax machine, copier, telephone. Be familiar with and able to use Microsoft Office product software.
  • Able to read and utilize blueprints and service manuals.
  • Ability to hire, assess performance, train and dismiss as necessary.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
