Job Summary: The HR Insights Senior Analyst, working under limited supervision, is responsible for enabling insights and decision-making support across functions and business areas. Contributes to the design and implementation of a people analytics approach that drives value to the business. The role utilizes analytics tools and techniques to design and develop reporting, dashboards, and resources that enable the HR function and business leaders. The HR Insights Senior Analyst collaborates with HR team members and other key stakeholders to develop and deliver data-driven HR solutions that align with the business objectives. This role will leverage and primarily work within Oracle Fusion HCM and the Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) suite of reporting tools #LI-DNI
- Conducts analysis of HR data across various domains, such as recruitment, compensation, employee engagement, performance, and retention to inform HR decision-making.
- Collaborates with HR team members, Information Technology teams, and other stakeholders to optimize the use of HR insights.
- Provides timely responses to HR data request deliverables by gathering requirements, identifying data sources, and creating reports to meet business needs.
- Identifies baseline metrics for HR Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to inform and influence business decisions, thought leadership and support strategic objectives.
- Designs and delivers real time dashboards with HR KPIs that allow stakeholders to make recommendations driven by data insights.
- Uses predictive analytics tools and techniques to model future HR trends that impact business performance.
- Contributes to building a vision and strategy for people analytics and the implementation of the human capital insights roadmap to enhance support for HR and Business leaders.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for the HR Analytics function and shares knowledge to upskill other HR stakeholders and elevate the use of data driven insights across the broader HR team.
- Provides requirements for data integration between various HR systems and applications, such as HR Information Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Payroll systems and ensures HR data is synchronized across these systems to provide a single source of truth for HR data.[Se1] [V2]
- Maintains and applies HR data governance policies and practices that ensure the integrity of HR data.
- Utilizes judgement to maintain the sensitivity of confidential employee and company data.
- 5+ years of overall experience in data insights and analytics, preferably in Human Resources.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science or any other analytical field of study, and/or commensurate experience.
- Oracle reporting and analytics experience preferred.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), or equivalent certification (Preferred)
