W2 ONLY - CANDIDATES LOCAL TO ATLANTA ONLY Description Our client is seeking a Salesforce resource who can be dedicated to their projects specific to Salesforce Marketing cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud. Marketing cloud is already implemented, there will be enhancement work. Their Customer portal has been built on the Experience Cloud, this is about 80% done and will be deployed in May. The customer portal project is for their business to business division. This will be used to allow incentive based marketing for those who can refer others to SouthStar. Multi-family tenant housing are targets, who will receive a code, and when individuals who lease apartments sign up with the code given the rental POC will receive an incentive. This department is also implementing new pay technology, allowing them to pay the incentive in multiple ways. This resource will be leading Strategy development, functional implementations, and partnership with the technical teams. Salesforce is used in a broad fashion across multiple business teams. They use it for pricing, quoting, campaign mgmt, lead generation. Marketing cloud is used for B2B groups to communicate to their Top 500-1000 accounts. They have regular communication with these top customers. They have template emails for campaigns sent out to new customers. Experience cloud will be used for referral tracking, and lead generation. The team is seeking a more digital process around lead generation. They want to be able to integrate lead mgmt with a higher volume. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
