We are looking for a GRC Business Analyst for a financial services client. Our client is committed to ensuring the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. *Key Responsibilities:* * Collaborate with compliance officers and business units to identify, analyze, and document compliance-related requirements. * Support Project Manager in assisting documentation of all project deliverables to ensure project deadlines are met. * Evaluate business processes to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and company policies. * Develop and maintain compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and risk assessments. * Analyze data to identify compliance risks and trends, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate potential issues. * Act as a liaison between compliance, operations, and IT teams to implement compliance-related solutions. * Assist in the development of projects and programs to ensure organizational understanding of compliance requirements. * Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards to keep the organization informed and compliant. *Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. * 2-3 years of business analyst/business analysis/compliance experience supporting different projects is required. * Supporting M&A projects from an operational standpoint is greatly preferred. * Strong communication experience working with different stakeholders/departments is required. * Experience with highly regulated industries is strongly preferred. (Financial compliance/regulation experience is preferred) * Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills required. * Intermediate/advanced excel experience is required for this role. * Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Excel, PowerPoint is required. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
