* 5+ years of experience in identity and access management, preferably with SailPoint. * Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, and provisioning. * Experience with IAM technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, and MFA. * Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Preferred expertise with RBAC and ABAC models. Job Description A 12+ month consultant is needed to: * Provide technical and analytical support for internal and external customers. * Assist with creating, maintaining, and using spreadsheets and/or database tools to effectively analyze and report results for various IAM processes. * Participate in ongoing meetings with business trading partners to educate on IAM principles and work jointly to improve operational efficiencies within the IAM program. * Develop, implement, and maintain IAM policies and procedures. * Work with a team to ensure that the right people have access to the right resources. * Participate in the planning and execution of IAM projects and initiatives. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IAM. * Perform daily health checks in IAM solutions for provisioning failures, data corrections, etc. * Maintain documentation for the IAM program. * Participate in IAM audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Excellent data analytic skills, leveraging MS Office tools such as MS Excel. * Ability to build reporting data to understand data patterns and identify improvement areas. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
