Position: Recruiting Coordinator

Department: Advisor Employee Services (AES)

Reporting to: AES Recruiting Manager

Location: Lenexa, KS Onsite

Overview:

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and have a knack for getting things done? We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our busy, high-functioning Advisor Employee Services (AES) team and make an impact on businesses nationwide!

We are looking for candidates that can communicate with candidates and clients alike, with impeccable detail orientation and is motivated to contribute to the team and the mission. If you're excited about supporting a high energy team this role is for you!

What you'll do:


  • Perform administrative functions related to recruiting including inbox management, answering incoming calls, and scheduling
  • Run LaborIQ market research inquiries for clients and internal teams
  • Generate DISC invitations for candidates in the interview process
  • Assist recruiters with resume review and phone interviews as needed
  • Assist recruiters with the intake process by ending initial emails, scheduling calls, and sending recap emails
  • Post and refresh jobs bi-weekly on paycor; remove postings and close out candidate profiles with proper documentation
  • Maintain accurate recruiting date/ records in variety of systems
  • Create reports to share with clients and internal teams to identify hiring trends
  • Initiate background checks via Checkr and communicate with candidates during the process
  • Coordinate onboarding and new hire gift program
  • Provide backup support to Recruiting Specialists when needed


Experience you'll bring:


  • 2 years administrative experience working in a fast-paced office
  • Customer service experience, particularly in phone-based interactions with customers/clients
  • Strong professional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Ability to interact with all personality types, especially when engaging with advisors
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Exceptional problem determination skills with a high attention to detail
  • Professional approach and appearance


Bonus Points:


  • 2-5 years of experience in recruiting or human resource capacity
  • Desire to build a career in the recruiting field
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), like Paycor Recruiting
  • Experience in project management software like Monday.com or salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
