Lead nCino Product Manager

TheLead nCino Product Managerwill lead the implementation of the nCino platform, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and integrates seamlessly with existing systems. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of the project. The position requires 40% travel to Columbia.

What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the nCino platform, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment. Will provide Leadership to 4 + workstreams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the nCino platform is configured and integrated correctly with existing systems.
- Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and performance of the nCino platform.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the nCino platform.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Travel to Columbia as required to support project activities and ensure successful implementation.

What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with nCino and Salesforce.
- Proven experience in leading nCino implementations or similar cloud banking platforms.
- Strong understanding of nCino's functionality and configuration.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing large-scale deployments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel 40% of the time to Columbia.

Preferred
- PMP or similar project management certification.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other related technologies.
