The Data Integration Specialist plays a pivotal role in implementing, managing, and supporting ECRI and ISMP Patient Safety Organization (PSO). This position ensures the successful execution of client-facing informatics and data-related PSO programs, focusing on delivering accurate and consistent client access to PSO services. The Data Integration Specialist works collaboratively across ECRI's Total Systems Safety division and broader teams to contribute to ECRI's mission of reducing preventable healthcare harm. Key responsibilities include leading the development, testing, and documentation of web, mobile, and server-side cloud-based applications. This role facilitates working sessions between business stakeholders and the development team to create detailed, high-complexity user stories and acceptance criteria. The Data Integration Specialist supports the delivery of high-quality desktop, browser-based, and native mobile applications, ensuring they meet the needs of ECRI business users while maintaining robust client data protection across multiple projects. The Data Integration Specialist serves as a key liaison between client stakeholders, technical teams, and business units, ensuring the successful implementation and management of PSO data initiatives. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories, and facilitating collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals.

Client Engagement: Collaborate with the PSO Implementation Consultant to coordinate client onboarding activities, manage communications, and monitor contractual usage and KPIs.

Event Coordination: Oversee logistical planning for new and ongoing PSO data mapping maintenance and enhancement initiatives.

Agile Team Participation: Actively engage in daily standups, retrospectives, roadmap planning, and release planning, including managing backlogs and approving user stories.

Requirements Gathering: Facilitate stakeholder sessions to capture and document business needs, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria for medium to high complexity projects.

Qualifications
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Experience:

Healthcare and Organizational Development:
- Preferred background in patient safety, risk management, or healthcare quality. Not required.
- 2+ years of facilitating Lean or similar process operations and 2+ years in organizational development, process improvement, or performance enhancement.

- 3+ years experience of project management and implementation
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple workstreams effectively.

POSITION COMPENSATION The salary range for new employees in this position is $70,252.97 - $79,737.12, based on background, experience, and skills. In addition, new employees in this position are eligible for all of our benefit offerings, including, but not limited to, health and welfare benefits, 403(B) retirement savings, and paid time off (PTO). PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position operates in a remote environment and requires the individual to remain in a stationary position, whether sitting or standing, before a desk or other fixed workspace, most of their workday. In addition, this position requires the individual to occasionally move about their workspace to access and inspect work-related materials, such as file cabinets with physical files and standard office equipment. This position requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, including, but not limited to, a laptop, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and phone, as well as effectively communicate information and ideas to a wide variety of audiences in written and oral form.
