Human Resources Coordinator As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support across all HR functions including: recruiting, employee-owner onboarding/offboarding, employee records management, benefits, wellness, and training What you will do: Drive our employee experience by managing comprehensive onboarding programs Orchestrate smooth offboarding processes while maintaining highest compliance standards Lead employee data management and reporting initiatives Partner with multiple departments to ensure seamless HR operations Support various HR functions including recruitment, benefits, and employee relations What you need: Four year degree in Business or related field and/or equivalent training Experience in a Human Resources environment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience with HRIS and employee data management Knowledge of HR compliance and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion COMMITMENT TO SAFETY As part of our commitment to health and safety, some roles may require additional health protocols (i.e. personal protective equipment or vaccination) Who We Are: Telligen is one of the most respected population health management organizations in the country.
