AIM OF THE POSITION The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for various sales operations function and the day to day management of the SalesForce.com application. Additionally, the Sales Analyst will help support the various parties that use the application to get their work done. POSITION WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION Reports to VP, Commercial Operations & Strategic Analytics 1. Cooperates with all departments 2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide sales operations support to VP of Commercial Operations, Sales * Representatives, Regional Sales Directors, and Chief Commercial Officer. * Develop and manage dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Excel. * Provide support to VP of Commercial Operations for Revenue Cycle Management related reporting, forecasting and dashboard development. * Improve and automate existing Quarterly Business Review process for top accounts for field sales. * Provide field sales support in Salesforce to Marketing and Rest of World (Non-US) Sales team. Manage US and Rest of World Commissions submission and accruals. * Month End US Lab test count reconciliation * Work with Commercial Operations to establish procedures around the use of Salesforce. * Provide support, training, and job aids on the use of Salesforce as needed. * Work with business to establish metrics to be monitored in Salesforce. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred EXPERIENCE 5+ years of experience in sales operations roles. 3+ years working with the SalesForce.com platform KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA'S) Specific Knowledge Required: Knowledge: Comprehension of a body of information acquired by experience or study. Skill: A present, observable competence to perform a learned activity. Ability: Competence to perform an observable behavior. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment juggling many projects at once. * Demonstrated experience with SalesForce.com reporting, Accounts, Contacts, * Leads and general data management. * Advanced skills in Excel to merge multiple data sources and do data analysis. * Experience in PowerPoint doing presentations on data findings. * Excellent writing and communication skills. * Proactive communicator with ability to both clearly explain systems and to gather information and assess needs of business owners. * Experience in a regulated healthcare environment is a plus. * Ability to work as part of a team and integrate and apply feedback in a professional manner. * PRIVACY NOTICE: To review the California privacy notice, click here: https://agendia.com/privacy-policy/ * Employees must not be classified as an excluded individual who is prohibited from participation in any Federal health care program.
