Hybrid, Ewing, NJ The Information Technology Delivery Manager is a crucial figure in driving the success of Church & Dwight. This role, embedded within the IT organization, involves extensive collaboration and support for our business partners across a range of geographies and domains, including Marketing, Global Markets Group (GMG), and the Specialty Products Division (SPD). You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of various products and platforms, ensuring they meet the strategic goals and operational needs of the business partners and the company. In this leadership position, you will engage in cross-functional teamwork to design, implement, and maintain essential business capabilities across a wide array of technologies. You will oversee a diverse support team composed of information technology specialists, such as internal and external business analysts, developers, system administrators, etc. This role demands a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and autonomy, as you will be expected to innovate and drive the technological initiatives that support our business objectives. Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Lead the technology implementation for various projects, systems and platforms, working with business stakeholders, IT architects, legal, branding, digital strategy, sales operations teams, etc.
- Collaborate with IT Leadership and Business Engagement Managers to create IT initiatives that support business unit strategies for global growth.
- Oversees and manages financials and budgets throughout the entire duration of project execution. This includes planning and allocating resources effectively, monitoring expenditures, ensuring cost-efficiency, and making adjustments as necessary to stay within budgetary constraints.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand customer needs, with a user centric mindset; gather and analyze feedback and data to identify issues; communicate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement within the product lifecycle.
- Overseeing the maintenance and support of existing technologies to ensure they operate efficiently and reliably.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Managing a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Support and mentor team members, fostering professional growth and development.
- Ensure the timely and high-quality execution of IT projects by planning and coordinating all phases, setting clear objectives, defining scopes, allocating resources, and establishing realistic timelines. Monitor progress, address issues, and foster strong communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to meet or exceed expectations.
- Continuously evaluating emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships and trust with business partners by understanding their needs, providing reliable support, and ensuring open and transparent communication.
- Oversee third-party resources and vendors for project development and ongoing system support activities.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, MIS or similar.
- Over 10 years of experience in technology implementations, product ownership, or related fields, including managing teams and leading agile product development initiatives with direct reports.
- Agile and product mindset: Skilled in collaborating within a cross-functional, multi-team setting
- Ability to influence behaviors of leaders at all levels and without traditional hierarchy
- Ability to communicate thoughts, concepts, and practices effectively at all levels, adjusting as needed to a target audience.
