YOUR IMPACT

As a Tech & Provisioning Working Analyst within Goldman Sachs Marcus, you will play a critical role in provisioning system access and resolving access related issues for a key business line within Marcus. The Tech & Provisioning team is responsible for provisioning system access, preforming regular access audits, and resolving system issues for Deposits. Tech & Provisioning works closely with business leaders, onboarding teams, Engineering, and external partners to ensure all employees are equipped to perform their role. The team also continually works to enhance current systems and processes. Tech & Provisioning is integral in ensuring that the Marcus businesses are equipped to provide excellent service to customers.

We have a fast-paced, results driven culture and are looking for an individual with a technical mindset who can become a subject matter expert to provision for a business line within Marcus.

Primary Responsibilities



  • Partner with business leaders and other key stakeholders to ensure systems are correctly configured for new employees or projects.
  • Track and manage inventory of current issues and projects.
  • Partner with Engineering and other key stakeholders to resolve technical issues and process gaps.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and validate errors.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and other partners.


Basic Qualifications



  • Strong time management and organization skills to be able to work on tight deadlines.
  • Experience system provisioning or tech related field.
  • Skilled in communicating effectively across all levels, from new hire to tenured colleagues.
  • Experience developing action plans to improve business processes.
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot technical errors.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships while leading critical business projects.
  • Flexibility to use similar skills in report audits, reporting, tool development etc.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience in provisioning, tech, WFM, or contact center operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Excel.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience in banking/ financial services.
