Summary: The Building Manager is responsible for maintaining and preserving the real property assets; maintaining or lowering operational costs; and ensuring the provision of quality facility related services. They handle customer requests, coordinate repairs, monitor building systems, and manage contractors for maintenance and emergency responses. Additionally, they support document storage, data management, and administrative tasks such as reporting, acquisition management, and correspondence. The role ensures the facility operates efficiently while meeting customer and organizational needs. This role is based at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina and is an on-site position. Required: Bachelor's degree in related field and project management certification; OR 5 years' experience working in the property management field/discipline. Preferred: Experience or knowledge of student or residential housing management operations; Prior military experience. The Building Manager may be required to be on-site outside of normal business hours, including nights and weekends.
