Lease-Up Property Manager

If so, our Lease-Up Property Manager opening at Fiduciary Real Estate Development's newest 232 unit luxury apartment development, Echelon at Charlotte, could be a fit for you!

With 40 years of industry experience, we are continuously expanding our footprint. We have more than 35 communities across Wisconsin, Illinois and now North Carolina, with numerous upcoming projects, providing lots of opportunity for you to grow your career with us.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage Lease-up process by executing a marketing plan, adequate advertising to the community that will drive traffic of potential renters to the community to meet lease-up goals.
  • Act as the ambassador for the new development in the local community.
  • Build a Lease-up team by conducting interviews, assisting in hiring process, coordinating onboarding activities, and ensuring new hires are effectively integrated into the team.
  • Motivate and engage your team, fostering their continuous growth and development by modeling a positive and vibrant work environment.
  • Address resident, prospect, and vendor issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner to uphold a highly sought after community.
  • Oversee and support the lease process including showings, application assistance, screening, and lease preparation with accuracy, ensuring new resident satisfaction and meeting target occupancy levels.
  • Coordinate all aspects of move ins and move outs including inspections and managing turn schedule, to deliver an outstanding unit to our newest FRED residents.


General Requirements:



  • Strong written and verbal communication skills so that you can articulate how fantastic it will be to live at one of our properties.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • 3-5 years in property management, including multiple lease-up experience required.
  • Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).


Schedule:

40-50 hours a week; Weekend availability necessary through lease-up period

Base Salary Range:

$80,000.00-$95,000.00/Annually, plus generous Lease-up bonus structure
