Manager, Engineering Operations - La Jolla

This is a full-time, salaried leadership position based out of Scripps Memorial Campus in La Jolla. This position is Monday-Friday and will require the flexibility to be on call weekends and evenings as needed.

The Manager of Engineering Operations is responsible for ensuring the site/facility is prepared for accreditation surveys. Ensures compliance with established standards for quality-of-service indicators, appearance, cleanliness, repair and condition of facility. Investigates delays on work orders, solves problems and ensures completion of work, initiating response to issues which require further action and follow up. Maintains integrity of all engineering programs, systems and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• 8 years experience in Facilities Services
• 2 years experience in a Supervisory/leadership role within healthcare.
• High school diploma/GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors degree
• Experience within an acute care setting.
