E2E Test Lead
Location: Durham, NC

Required Qualifications:
* BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
* 10+ years of experience in Software Testing
* Implement End-to-End testing strategy across multiple systems, platforms, and teams.
* Develop and execute E2E test plans, test scenarios, and define acceptance criteria based on business requirements and user flows.

Roles/Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, business analysts, and other test teams) to ensure comprehensive test coverage and identify dependencies.
* Assist in managing test environments, identifying data requirements, and configuring test setups.
* Perform test execution cycles, defect identification, and report issues to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
* Coordinate with upstream and downstream teams to identify and resolve test blockers and ensure environment readiness.
* Ensure traceability of E2E test scenarios to business requirements and user journeys.
* Report E2E test progress, risks, and results to the project team and stakeholders.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and best practices.
