The successful candidate will provide support to one or more recruiters on tasks related to the full life-cycle recruitment process, focusing on enabling the team to effectively meet expectations, and ensuring a positive and efficient experience for prospective candidates. What you'll be doing
  • Initiating requisitions and/or assisting with facilitating appropriate approvals for requisitions.
  • Schedulingcandidatesfortelephoneand/orface-to-faceinterviews andorientations.
  • Administeringelectroniccandidateassessmentsandpre-screeningcandidatesaccordingtoidentifiedqualificationstandards.
  • Enteringandtrackingcandidate data invariouselectronicsystemsandrunningstandardreportsasneeded.
  • Administeringpre-employmentactivities,including,butnotlimitedto,coordinatingforms,applications,offerlettersand expensereports,drugtesting,backgroundandreferencechecks, andsecurityclearancevalidation.
  • Coordinatingthepreparationofand/orassistingwiththedistributionofnewhireinformationalpackets.
  • Auditingcandidate filestoensureneededrecordsarecompletedandenteredintotheappropriateelectronicsystems.
  • Fieldinggeneral,straightforwardtomoderatelycomplexinquiriesfromcandidates andhiringmanagers;escalatinginquiriestoseniorteammembersand/ormanagementasnecessary.
  • Assistingwithcoordinatinglogisticsforrecruitingevents,suchasjobfairs, openhouses, andinvitation-onlyevents.
  • Identifyingareasofpotentialoptimizationandshareswithmanagement.
  • Maytrainandprovideguidanceonindustrybestpracticestolessexperiencedteammembers.
  • Participatinginspecialprojectsandperformsotherdutiesasassigned.
About you

We want to set you up for success! To help us do that, here is what we are looking for from you:

  • Completion of education equivalent to a US High School Diploma
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related administrative support experience.
  • Previous experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) would be an asset.
  • Display a willingness to partner and work as part of a team, assisting others when required and maintaining effective working relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written; Skilledinpreparingclearand concisedocuments,including,butnotlimitedtoreports,correspondences, andotherwrittenmaterials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
  • Abletomaintainabasiccomprehensionofandcompliancewithrelatedfederal,state, and locallaws, rules andregulations.

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $14.75-$17.50. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. This position participates in Pontoon's incentive program which also includes bonus eligibility.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
