Business Process Analyst with Advance Metering

Ability to work hybrid in Westwood, MA, Berlin CT or Manchester NH.

Familiarity with AMI is required

• Develop and maintain business process documentation, including step-by-step procedures, and system interactions.
• Collaborate with business units to understand and document those existing processes they have a change due to the AMI Project.
• Ensure all process documentation aligns with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements in partnership with the business.
• Provide recommendations for optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Use process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS) to create clear and structured process documents and KPIs.
• Collaborate with business units to create KPIs related to net new or adjustments to existing processes
• Assist the business units in identifying impacts to existing KPIs.
• Work closely with business partners, project managers, and AMI Program Team to ensure alignment on process changes.
• Translate complex process changes into clear documentation for end users and stakeholders.
