We deliver world-class compensation services to business partners and customers by ensuring process alignment and collaborating with global teams to streamline and adapt to one efficient, standardized payment process. Your Impact As a key player in our team, you will support the monthly sales compensation setup. You will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate commission payroll files worldwide by independently guiding Global Setup and Payment Operations. Your role will ensure payment accuracy per the terms and conditions and the Exception Approval Matrix. You will also support Global Pay Compensation by organizing data after each payroll for post-mortem analysis and managing business and operational metrics for the theatre. Additionally, you will administer any variable Fiscal Year-End programs assigned to you. Your contributions will drive customer satisfaction, outstanding service, and operational excellence. You will achieve this through business controls, operations optimization, risk management, and the development and implementation of business and technical tools, including delivery discipline and best practice sharing.
