Informs the strategic direction and decision-making on various Network, Company and/or Enterprise-level people and staffing initiatives involved in transformation and optimization. Provides expertise and actionable guidance to management, up to and including Senior Leaders. Conducts or leads complex analysis of HR and operational market data and considers impacts of changes in the marketplace, demographics, or legislation. Fosters strong working relationships across functions and operating companies to ensure successful collaboration and project implementation. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in quantitative field, such as I/O psychology, business, finance, economics, engineering, computer science or related discipline required. Minimum Experience Eight (8) years of progressive experience required in leading, planning and/or executing broad and complex strategic projects. Experience leading and implementing projects that have impact at a Network or Company level required. Knowledge Skills and Abilities Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications. Verbal and written communication and presentation skills necessary to communicate complex and/or confidential information with all levels of management. Preferred Qualifications: Thought leader in the space that can work independently, ability to mentor lower levels, dashboard development experience, ability to partner with HRT, Workday experience Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. Pay: (FEC_E28) U.S. Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $14,413.11/month Colorado Pay Range: $8,452.14/month - $13,812.57/month New York Pay Range: $8,452.14/month - $14,413.11/month New York City Pay Range: $10,676.38/month - $14,413.11/month Additional Details: This position may be located anywhere within the US excluding AK, HI and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus several times per week.
