FI Consulting is seeking to hire a full-time Project Manager to work in our Arlington, VA Headquarters and throughout the Metro DC area on client projects. For the right individual, a remote work arrangement may be considered. Responsibilities of this Role Include: Direct oversight and management of key projects. Develop staffing projections and maintain key performance metrics. Partner with client staff of all levels to understand issues and needs and solve them through the development of specific analytical tools and assessments. Clearly communicate complex, technical concepts to both technical and non-technical clients. The typical work week is 40 hours. At times during surge efforts, hours may vary including potential 12-hour shifts and nighttime work. Maintain the vision for enhancing the delivered solution and propose enhancements to clients. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in/or applicable to the emergency disaster management field. Experience leading teams creating solutions involving data analysis and modeling. Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. Must be able to pass a government background check and be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance Authorization for permanent employment in the U.S. as FI Consulting does not currently sponsor individuals for work authorization.
