Information Systems Technology Services is a unified organization comprised of various departments which collaborate effectively in order to deliver high quality technology solutions.

Position Summary

Conducts research, data analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting in support of business decision making, strategy and operations. Participates in business process improvement, quality control and other initiatives. Develops, manages and coordinates performance and quality assessment, business process re-engineering, change management, communication and training.

This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and the Oakland General Office(OGO) once a month and or based on business needs.

PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of thejob posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, geographic location, and internal equity.Although we estimatethe successful candidate hiredinto this rolewill beplaced between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related tothese factors.This job is also eligible to participate inPG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.

A reasonable salary range is:

Bay Area Minimum: $73,000

Bay Area Maximum:$109,000

Job Responsibilities

  • Tracks existing metrics.
  • Assists other Business Analysts using established processes, practices and procedures as directed.
  • Communicates with peers inside and outside of the department, providing information or exchanging data.
  • Learning to apply basic knowledge and develop professional skill set.
  • Leverages real-time schedule monitoring and reports to oversee multiple sites and notifies supervisors of agent alarms. Utilizes embedded information to locate and understand employee work-states
  • Performs standard analysis and works with existing data models.
  • Pulls data to populate standard reports. Presents data and findings to senior peers or internal clients.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or job-related discipline or equivalent experience
