From your PASSION to ours The Junior Copywriter plays a key role in developing strategic content for digital and print platforms, encompassing website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing collateral. This position translates brand messaging into impactful narratives, directly contributing to target audience engagement. Effective collaboration with design, social media, and marketing teams is essential for ensuring cohesive brand communication. From your EXPERTISE to ours Key responsibilities for this position include: Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns. Generate creative ideas for campaigns that align with the brand's tone and objectives.
- Create engaging posts, captions, and paid ads for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Write compelling email copy that drives brand love /loyalty.
- Develop landing pages, product descriptions, blog posts, and other web content.
- Support the internal communications team to inform and inspire employees through compelling communication materials.
- Occasional copy for internal and external ads, posters, banners, and other physical marketing materials.
Brand Messaging:
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
- Craft narratives that resonate with brand audiences and build an emotional bond.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with engagement strategists, art directors and other creatives to develop cohesive campaigns big and small.
- Communicate with brand clients, engagement managers, and other stakeholders to understand objectives and gather input for content creation.
Editing:
- Edit and proofread content to ensure it is error-free, clear, and engaging.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve the copy.
From your STORY to ours Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
- A Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, or a related writing-focused field from an accredited university or portfolio school is required.
- 2+ years of integrated advertising agency experience is required.
- 2+ years of brand social experience, including owned and paid experience is required.
- Understanding of content management systems (CMS) is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office software is required.
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across diverse functions and positions.
- Demonstrated ability to actively contribute to a positive team dynamic and thrive in an environment of shared success.
- Ability to drive innovation by generating and implementing new ideas to enhance processes, methods, services, and products.
- Ability to define communication strategy (communication architecture brand/product, guidelines, persuasion paths), including digital (brand content and social media), to develop efficient advertising and to monitor their efficiency on sales and brand/product equity.
- Exceptional proofreading with keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in fostering and managing strong advertising agency partnerships.
- Ability to foster an inclusive and respectful environment.
- Effectively maintain awareness of cultural trends and current events to ensure timely and relevant content creation.
- Ability to manage innovation and renovation projects from concept to completion, adhering to strategic objectives and utilizing strong project management skills.
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, including R&D, quality control, manufacturing, and procurement.
- Capable of generating innovative and culturally relevant ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns.
- Ability to promote and apply marketing fundamentals of the group to put forward competitive and efficient recommendations for products & brands.
- Effectively manage media processes, contracts, and performance evaluation to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Ability to build and maintain a favorable Company image in the business community, by selecting the most appropriate form of media and communication.
- Ability to develop and measure the impact of advertising campaigns, ensuring brand alignment and strong ROI across diverse audiences.
The expected starting pay range for this position is $76,253.00 - $94,879.00. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include work experience, education, location, and skill level. Lactalis is an equal employment opportunity employer.
