Job Description

The Manager, Corporate Card Sales is primarily responsible for the management of marketing and selling BOKF Corporate Card Solutions and managing the Account Management team; responsible for the development of new corporate cards sales, expansion/retention of existing corporate card business relationships and the servicing of corporate card clients. Manage complex customer relationships to ensure all needs are addressed; monitors market conditions/trends and makes product and pricing recommendations to remain competitive in the BOKF footprint. Works very closely with Corporate Card Onboarding Manager/Team, Treasury Management Sales Managers and Senior Product Manager for product delivery optimization and ensures product meets current market expectations.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • You will direct corporate card sales efforts and lead treasury sales staff and banking officers.
  • You will cover clients in multiple areas, advise on marketing, and promote corporate card solutions.
  • You will manage account managers, set goals, assign portfolios, and develop personnel.
  • You will provide sales training and presentation support, encouraging staff participation.
  • You will define annual objectives, develop operating plans, and coordinate with product development.
  • You will facilitate the client experience process with credit services and onboarding management.
  • You will participate in community events and industry activities to enhance BOKF's image and network.
Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree and/or 8-10 years' experience in corporate payments and Treasury Management product sales or equivalent related experience.

  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of banking, corporate payments and Treasury Management products
  • In depth knowledge of product delivery systems and on-line computer systems
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of sales management techniques
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of Bank operations
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent leadership ability and team building skills
  • Ability to motivate individuals and groups
  • Good PC and software application skills
