Job Description

Join our North America Community Sales Excellence team as an intern, where you'll work closely with our Vice President and contribute to advancing our Community Account teams' strategies. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product development, deployment, and management within the Community Acceleration Growth Program (CGAP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the ideation, execution, and management of Community Acceleration Growth Program (CGAP) products and new initiatives.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to provide greater access for Community Issuers to a wide range of products, services, tools, marketing, data and analytics, and advisory services.
  • Support the Community sales organization and regional sales leaders in deploying best practices for the Community Growth Acceleration Program.
  • Champion the business needs of Community issuers to ensure impactful CGAP product offerings.
  • Coordinate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to ensure efficient deployment of CGAP investments.
  • Collaborate with product areas to align on financial targets and CGAP business cases.
  • Promote client engagement with CGAP initiatives and ensure effective tracking and reporting.
  • Provide timely and accurate communications to key stakeholders and participate in cross-functional briefings.
  • Participate in additional ad hoc projects, including Community event organization

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Students pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date in December 2025 or later
  • Less than 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communications skills, specifically, the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical errors, clear and concise written and spoken communications that demonstrate professional judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Finance, or Analytics.
  • Familiarity with product development and go-to-market strategies that support sales teams.
  • Strong presenting and soft skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to create sales collateral and own the launch of programs from end to end.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for learning and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Additional Information

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated hourly range for a new hire into this position is $24.00-$28.00 which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
