THE JOB:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our internal mobility function, you will support the recruitment process by providing administrative assistance that enhances internal employee candidate experiences and encourages career mobility. You will be an active participant in recruitment events and activities designed to ensure an ongoing diverse candidate pool that matches the necessary skills and experience for our r available career opportunities. You will be working with a large team of Talent Acquisition professionals to support your learning and growth with MGM Resorts.

THE STARTING RATE: $23.00/hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide on-the-ground support and execution of events recruiting events and activities by preparing materials, handling logistics, and providing guidance to candidates.
• Support the administrative function of a full-cycle recruiting Talent Acquisition team, including pre-screening candidates to assist in identifying the best-suited opportunity.
• Organize and maintain event materials such as event data, tabling materials, and giveaways.
• Handle incoming queries related to the recruitment process, providing timely and accurate information to candidates.
• Partner with recruiters to share quality talent for open opportunities.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Preferably has prior experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related field
