THE JOB:

As a Barista & Counter Attendant, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience. From handcrafting signature beverages, preparing quick-serve food, and delivering warm, personalized service. With every interaction, you'll bring your passion for coffee, attention to detail, and commitment to hospitality, ensuring each guest enjoys a WOW moment they'll remember long after their stay. Your welcoming smile and exceptional service will set the stage for an unforgettable Vdara experience.

THE STARTING RATE: 14.8508 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Take and place order, and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable

• Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures with Point-of-Sales (POS) system

• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests

• Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish products as needed in work station, counters, tables, etc.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• One year of experience as a food handler in a similar, high-volume, fast paced environment

• One year of guest service experience

• Experience in a coffeehouse environment as barista

• Takes pride in their work

• Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences

• Describes themselves as detail-oriented and can handle multiple tasks at one time

• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
