Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office.

Salary: $162,000.00 - $225,00.00 for base compensation in addition to an annual performance bonus. We are seeking talent across a broad spectrum of leadership levels

Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Summary:

Osaic is sourcing candidates for future and potential roles for qualified Senior Financial Leaders to join our expanding Finance department This role(s) will report directly to the CFO and is responsible for partnering with business leaders to align financial goals with organizational strategy. They will serve as a trusted advisor to functional leaders providing financial insight and supporting data driven decision making. This high-impact role will support our Wealth, Advisor Growth, Strategy, and Product functions and will be pivotal in supporting organic growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Lead the development and execution of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Financial Operations:
    • Oversee and manage financial processes, including accounting, reporting, and controls.
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
    • Manage cash flow and ensure efficient financial operations.
  • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies.
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks.
    • Maintain strong internal controls.
  • Strategic Initiatives:
    • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance.
    • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Education Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Finance or related field preferred, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.

Requirements and Experience:

  • 10 to 15 years of previous work experience
  • 3 to 5 years of Financial Services Industry experience required
  • 8 to 10 years of experience supervising employees directly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g.,CPA,CFA)preferred.
