The Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight of the Licensee Facilities as a Service Program. This role ensures the successful coordination of preventive and reactive maintenance, vendor management, process implementation, technology integration, and data reporting across a national portfolio of retail food and beverage locations. This role oversees a team dedicated to executing maintenance programs, ensuring compliance, optimizing costs, and upholding service standards. This position is based in Atlanta, Georgia (Midtown) and reports directly to senior leadership within Colliers Facility Solutions as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders.
