Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, extensive experience in cloud-based enterprise solutions, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities



  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture solutions to meet business needs.
  • Provide technical leadership in Salesforce platform design, ensuring best practices in security, scalability, and performance.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into architectural roadmaps and technical solutions.
  • Lead and mentor Salesforce development teams, ensuring high-quality code and thoughtful adherence to appropriate best practices.
  • Advise company and client leadership on the risks and benefits of various solution approaches, and brief solution designs to review boards and committees.
  • Oversee system integrations with external applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and industry-specific solutions.


Required Skills and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and administration.
  • Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations, middleware tools, and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect are highly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices for Salesforce development.
  • Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.


Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Work Location: United States - Remote

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
