Position Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Experience Architect to lead the strategy and implementation of customer and user experience solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design, human-centered design principles, and deep expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud). This role will focus on optimizing the digital experience, ensuring seamless customer interactions, and enhancing engagement across multiple touchpoints.

Responsibilities



  • Design and develop intuitive, engaging, and scalable customer experiences using Salesforce Experience Cloud to accomplish user needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement experience strategies that align with business objectives, including challenging latency requirements.
  • Lead the creation of user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes for Salesforce-powered digital experiences.
  • Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency in all Salesforce Experience Cloud implementations across mobile and desktop form factors.
  • Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver seamless, customer-centric solutions.
  • Optimize performance, security, and scalability of Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce Experience Cloud innovations and best practices to drive continuous improvement.


Required Skills and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in designing and implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with user-centered design principles and digital experience best practices, including wireframing of proposed user interfaces.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant or UX Designer are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.


Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Work Location: United States - Remote

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
