Project Manager, Wholesale Marketing

We are seeking a Project Manager specializing in Wholesale Marketing to support a marketing team focused on wholesale lifestyle channels. This Project Manager will oversee key marketing initiatives, manage go-to-market (GTM) milestones, and drive efficiency across multiple accounts.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management support across all Lifestyle Channel Wholesale Marketing teams.
  • Plan and track marketing documents and milestones for GTM deliverables.
  • Collaborate with account leads and digital teams to develop content calendars that align organic storytelling with paid media plans.
  • Schedule and manage recurring meetings for key launches and marketing moments across Lifestyle Channel accounts.
  • Standardize SharePoint folder structures for key launches..
  • Support sample ordering for major launches.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Events teams to establish best practices and templates for wholesale marketing initiatives, including Previews, Seasonal Marketing Meetings (SMM), Prelines, and MASO.
  • Work with Retail Marketing Planning to refine processes and templates for Trade Marketing efforts, such as Quarterly Pitchbacks and Monthly Briefings.
  • Partner with external agencies on tech tools and activations for key launches.
  • Engage with sales teams to align Brand Specialist focus areas with marketing strategies.
  • Develop incentive programs for Brand Specialists and retail account employees.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Brand Specialist program.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized project management tools for key launches, including calendars, workback schedules, and run-of-show documents.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in wholesale, retail, or lifestyle brand marketing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and external agencies to drive results.


The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $35-$41 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
