THE JOB: Join the incredible team at ARIA to support the summer stint of poker tournaments as a Floor Supervisor. Prior experience in poker is a plus but not required! The primary function of a Poker Floor Supervisor is to attend to the needs of players and guests as necessary. The Poker Floor Supervisor is the primary point of contact between guests and all poker services. THE STARTING RATE: $22.50/hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: Act as a front-line ambassador, greeting guests while maintaining table waiting lists. Seat players in games and making rulings in games following proper departmental protocol. Stay informed about all Poker Division activities and events. Input all player information into the database system and issue loyalty cards Work with tournament registration. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. 2+ years prior experience in hotel/resort/casino or related environment. Guest services or customer support experience preferred.
