A Brief Overview

The Program Manager, Conversion is responsible for the execution of our conversion program, ensuring alignment to the strategic plan. The manager is responsible for communication, and reporting of progress to plans, and maintaining cross functional alignment, identifying and elevating risks and opportunities. The role requires a deep understanding of Safelite's business and growth drivers as well as Brand/CX strategy, field operations, and supply chain.

What you will do

  • Strategic Portfolio Management: Collaborate with leaders across the business to maintain a view of the portfolio of projects driving conversion. Create documents and process to maintain a view of in flight and upcoming work, progress, and alignment to strategic priorities. Facilitate conversations around prioritization, resource allocation, and performance.

  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives and the conversion program as a whole. Prepare and deliver both standard and ad hoc reporting around the conversion program initiatives and associated performance.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of strategies.

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the conversion program activities

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Complies with all policies and standards

What you will need

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • 4-6 years relevant experience

  • Project Management: Understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.

  • Business Acum: Knowledge of business operations, strategic planning, and financial management

  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in project planning and execution.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to stakeholders.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align projects with organizational goals.
