*Description*
Part of a larger team delivering high-quality Computer, Network, Storage, and End-User Infrastructure technology solutions, providing ongoing support to the business. Independently completes and leads infrastructure project assignments. Plans, researches, evaluates, designs, and engineers the enterprise's technology infrastructure. Provides technical support and troubleshooting, cost estimates, justifications, and recommendations. Produces technical documentation, support, and configuration. Helps manage, plan, and maintain technical platforms, including upgrading systems. Monitors system performance, and installs and configures hardware. Responsible for collaborating with other Job Families such as Project Managers, Architects, Solution Engineers, Technicians, and Business Analysts to deliver consistent, reliable technology solutions that leverage technology standards, architectures, and best practices. Essential Job Functions & Tasks: Working independently, responsibilities include the following related to Computer, Network, Storage, Cloud, and End-User infrastructure: -Performs and leads complex infrastructure project assignments. -Plans, researches, evaluates, designs, and analyzes the performance of complex infrastructure systems. -Provides advanced technical support and analysis, operation, administration, and troubleshooting activities. -Adheres to and advocates change management policies, incident management, and trouble response scenarios. -Prepares cost estimates, justifications, application requirements, alternative solutions, and technical recommendations. -Leads, facilitates, and coordinates work activities of others within the work group, team, or department. -Prepares technical documentation, including procedures, manuals, reports, and standards. -Reviews and adheres to budgeting and approval processes while partaking in annual and project planning. -May provide training and mentoring, as well as work direction, to others on the team. *Skills* Windows, MacOS, Virtual desktop, citrix, troubleshooting, infrastructure management *Top Skills Details* Windows,MacOS,Virtual desktop,citrix,troubleshooting,infrastructure management *Additional Skills & Qualifications* End User Computing: -Strong experience supporting general end user technologies: Windows 10 and 11, Virtual Desktops, MacOS, Workstation Hardware (Mac, Dell, HP). -Strong experience with vulnerability management and remediation. -Solid understanding of Mobile technologies - iOS devices, Workspace One, and Intune. -Experience supporting and understanding of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Application Delivery Controllers, Citrix Storefront, NetScaler, and Microsoft FSLogix. -Good understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and JAMF. Video Conferencing: -Familiarity with operating in-room video conferencing systems from major vendors such as Poly & Cisco. -Ability to perform basic diagnosis of in-room video conferencing issues, such as restarting systems. -Familiarity with MS Teams or Zoom best practices for joining video meetings. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required. Experience: 7 years of relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $54.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
