THE JOB:

Aria is seeking an experienced Cook to join our team at Lemongrass, where Thai and Chinese flavors take center stage. Bring your skills in wok cooking and high-volume food preparation to help us craft both authentic dishes and creative interpretations. In this role, you'll expertly apply culinary techniques while setting the stage for memorable guest experiences. From spicy pad Thai to wok-tossed Maine lobster with green curry, you'll be part of a team that creates unforgettable flavors in a stunning space inspired by silk factory designs. Your culinary skills will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences that leave a lasting impression on our guests.

THE STARTING RATE: $25.7806

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Show your culinary passion by crafting various menu items while following set recipes and standards

• Consistently maintain proper stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation of back-of-house areas

• Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• One year experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role

• Background in Thai or Asian cuisine

• Two years' experience in wok cooking is preferred

• Experience handling and preparing live seafood

• Proven experience working in a high-volume restaurant or similar resort setting

• Bilingual in English and Chinese, Mandarin, or Cantonese is desired
