POSITION SUMMARY:

Sugarbush Resort is searching for a Front Desk Agent to work at our Health & Recreation Center, known as the SHaRC. The Front Desk Agent will greet members, resort guests, and the public and make sure their customer service needs are met - including check-ins, appointment booking, membership sales, daily cash-outs, and pro-shop sales. This is a part time position working afternoons, evenings, and some weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Working with all of our guests to ensure they have a good experience visiting our facility.
  • Checking guests into and out of the club, checking guests into appointments, and helping guests in any way needed.
  • Selling of products: massage, personal training, tennis, membership, adventure zone, climbing wall, and pro-shop items.
  • Cash-outs, assigned tasks, help with small maintenance projects (folding towels, emptying trash, keeping desk area & entryway cleaning).


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • An out-going person with a high school education or equivalent.
  • Must be able to multi-task & effectively manage large queues of people.
  • Must be proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and be willing & able to learn our Point of Sales System.
  • Must be able to maintain an awareness of all Resort activities & be able to discuss these with guests.
  • Must become knowledgeable about all SHaRC products & be able to help match the correct offering with each guest's need.
  • Must be confident & able to enforce policies and procedures while at the same time delivering excellent customer service & appeasing clients in an appropriate way should an issue arise.
  • Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
