POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays an integral role in aligning business objectives with HR initiatives. The HRBP serves as a strategic partner to organizational leaders and employees, providing guidance and support on various human resources (HR) matters to drive organizational success. They are responsible for facilitating and coordinating the human resources functions for their designated business division, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, engagement and retention activities, compensation, training and development, terminations and employee exit, compliance, and HR project management. Department: Administration - Human Resources Reports to: HR Department Leader Location: CLUES St. Paul, MN Office Position Type: Regular Schedule: Full-Time. Generally, Monday - Friday Office hours. Estimated Salary: $65,000.00 to $72,000.00 (depending on experience & qualifications).
