Job Description Nestled in the heart of San Diego's vibrant Gaslamp Quarter, Omni San Diego Hotel offers a luxurious retreat with stunning views of the bay and city skyline. Just steps away from Petco Park and the San Diego Convention Center, this upscale hotel blends comfort and elegance with warm Southern California hospitality. Omni San Diego Hotel is seeking a General Manager. This position functions as the primary, strategic business leader of the Omni San Diego, responsible for all aspects of the operation, including guest and associate satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment to ownership. Leads a team in the development and implementation of property-wide strategies. ensures implementation of brand service strategy and initiatives, with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations. In addition, the General Manager builds relationships with key customers and membersthrough personal involvement in the sales process. The position ensures Omni Hotels & Resorts sales channels are leveraged and initiates independent and proactive sales activities, when appropriate, to generate demand. Responsibilities

Qualifications
Pay: $200,000 - $270,000.00/annually. The pay scale provided is a range that Omni Hotels & Resorts reasonably expects to pay.
