Radiology Clerk PRN

We are seeking a PRN Radiology Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for managing clerical workflow in the Radiology department, including handling patient check-ins, coordinating exam information, and ensuring that exam results are processed and sent to the appropriate individuals. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a focus on providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include checking in patients, transcribing orders, obtaining consent forms, and handling insurance documentation. The Radiology Clerk also manages report faxes, assists with report corrections, prepares and processes images, and answers customer calls. Additionally, the role requires navigating EPIC software, coordinating multi-modality tests, and monitoring STAT exams to ensure timely readings. Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

1-2 years' experience in a healthcare/customer service setting preferred
