Location: This position requires on-site presence at Ericsson Headquarters in Plano, Texas, three days per week. It is a pivotal role focused on transforming and advancing Ericsson's hiring practices through learning and development. The role exists to strengthen Ericsson's ability to remain a leader in the market. The quality of the talent we bring in, will determine how innovative and successful we are in the future. The Regional TA Enablement Lead is responsible for ensuring that Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners in the region are enabled to be great at hiring - selecting high quality talent and providing exceptional experiences throughout the end-to-end process What you will do:
