Overview of the project- By leveraging existing as-is documentation, reviewing existing solutions, conducting gap analysis, and collaborating with key stakeholders, this phase aims to ensure alignment between business needs, technical capabilities, and future scalability. The goal is to define a clear, actionable strategy that enables seamless procurement transactions, efficient billing, enhanced revenue visibility, and optimized partner management. Cognizant will adopt a consultative and prescriptive approach, ensuring requirements are not only gathered but also evaluated against best practices to drive informed and strategic decision making. The Discovery will focus on* Comprehensive Requirements Gathering* Prescriptive Solution Evaluation & Recommendations 1.

Business and Functional Requirements Analysis:Validate, refine, and document the business needs to define an effective solution:o Review and analyze existing AS-IS process documentationo Engage stakeholders through structured interviews to capture, define, and validate future state requirements, business workflows, and pain-points, with primary focus on the following:* Product Catalog Configuration & Order Management* Subscription & Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)* Consolidated Invoicing and Revenue tracking* Billing, Payment Processing, Taxation, Collections, and Settlementso Perform a gap analysis to identify process inefficiencies, improvement opportunities, and potential areas for automationo Facilitate stakeholder alignment workshops to prioritize key use cases, capabilities, and EPICs for Pilot & MVP launch

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 04/23/2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $180,000- 200,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
