Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 15 to 19 years of experience to join our team. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the customization and development of Salesforce applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide expertise in SFDC Identity and Security to safeguard data and ensure compliance.
• Manage Salesforce Experience Cloud to enhance user engagement and experience.
• Implement SFDC Sharing and Visibility rules to maintain data integrity and security.
• Utilize Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Ensure efficient data management and integration using SFDC Data and SFDC Integration tools.
• Develop and maintain Lightning components to improve user interface and functionality.
• Configure Salesforce environments to align with business needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in SFDC Identity and Security ensuring robust data protection.
• Proficient in SFDC Development and Customization to tailor solutions to business needs.
• Expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud to enhance customer and partner interactions.
• Strong knowledge of SFDC Sharing and Visibility to manage data access and security.
• Skilled in Salesforce DevOps to improve development efficiency and deployment.
• Experienced in SFDC Data management and integration for seamless data flow.
• Proficient in SFDC Lightning to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
• Expertise in SFDC Integration to connect Salesforce with other systems.
• Strong understanding of SFDC Configuration to customize and optimize Salesforce environments.
• Domain experience in Medicare and Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer to address industry-specific requirements.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 04/23/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000- 200,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
