Senior Manager, OneStream FP&A Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, OneStream FP&A Administrator to lead the administration, optimization, and strategic development of our OneStream platform. This role will play a key part in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of our financial planning & analysis (FP&A) processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in FP&A, deep expertise in OneStream, financial systems administration, and enterprise performance management (EPM).

Key Responsibilities:

OneStream Administration: Oversee the daily management, maintenance, and enhancement of the OneStream platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.




  • FP&A Calendar Management: Own and manage the FP&A calendar in OneStream, ensuring all key financial planning and reporting deadlines are met.
  • Communication of Key Dates: Proactively communicate key financial planning and reporting deadlines to users across the organization.
  • Scenario Management: Coordinate the opening and closing of OneStream scenarios for actuals, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring proper data integrity and version control.
  • Data Investigation & Resolution: Monitor and investigate data imbalances, variances, and errors in OneStream, collaborating with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • System Optimization: Continuously assess and improve the FP&A systems and reporting processes, leveraging OneStream best practices.
  • Integration & Data Management: Ensure seamless integration of OneStream with ERP, data warehouses, and other financial systems while managing data integrity and governance.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Develop, maintain, and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and models to support business decision-making.
  • Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes within OneStream.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with FP&A, accounting, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to finance teams on OneStream functionalities and best practices.
  • Enhancement Leadership: Lead OneStream-related enhancements, including new module implementations, system upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain system documentation, ensure compliance with internal controls, and support audit requirements.



Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred. OneStream certification a major plus.

Experience:




  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial systems administration, or EPM solutions.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with OneStream, including implementation, configuration, and administration.



Technical Skills:




  • Strong knowledge of OneStream functionalities (Workflows, Cube Views, Dashboards, Business Rules, etc.).
  • Experience integrating OneStream with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
  • Proficiency in SQL, scripting, or VBA is a plus.
  • Familiarity with financial consolidation, planning, and reporting best practices.
